We source top-performing professionals to solve our clients' global hiring needs. Setup in 2010 by two business partners combining three decades of global head-hunting experience, we aim to provide a truly personal, executive search-level quality of service to our client base.
After several years of international recruitment, delivering on North American hiring projects, and with an expanding network across VCs, PE funds and start-up founders in the USA and Canada, in 2022, TaylorBaynes positioned its first Director located in Texas, USA

Ben Taylor
Partner
Based in Birmingham, UK
Ben has built a name for himself over the past fifteen years for particularly difficult searches across a range of technology sectors, in any global geography. He has successfully completed major recruitment build-outs; these range from building entire sales and technical teams for global technology vendors, as well as being responsible for early stage hires for some of industries most exciting EMEA start-ups vendors. Prior to TaylorBaynes Ben worked as consultant within boutique search firm Erevena, and global recruitment brand Nicholson International.
Jonathan Baynes
Partner
Based in Texas, USA
Jonathan relocated to Georgetown, Texas, USA in 2022 with his family and is now our feet on the ground for TaylorBaynes' North American Search mandates.
Jonathan’s extensive executive search background brings to TaylorBaynes a track record of providing his clients with talent that can deliver value and growth in both established and emerging markets.
Prior to TaylorBaynes, Jonathan has been a consultant with the technology practice's at Harvey Nash executive search, and PSD.
Jonathan is an active early stage investor in technology start-ups and sits on the supporter’s club board for Birmingham City Football Club.
Peter Adamson

Peter joined TaylorBaynes following several years establishing himself within a financial-technology retained head-hunting search firm. Peter has a passion for building long-term relationships particularly with start-up vendors entering EMEA and prides himself on spending the time to truly understand their requirements.
